Change and Refund Policy

Dream big is committed to the happiness of our customers. We mention below the policies of changes and returns of the garments and products we sell through our online service to meet the needs and demands of customers:

DREAMERS
You must comply with the following to make your exchange or return.

1.- The product will be returned by size, color, defect or manufacturing has a period of 30 calendar days from the date of sale.

2.- The returned product must be in its original packaging, including accessories, promotional items and original labels.

3.- For safety and hygiene reasons; and for the satisfaction of all our customers, returns must comply with the following characteristics:
The garment must be in good condition
*Free of stains (make-up, lipstick, food, liquids, etc.)
*Free of odours (perfume, deodorants, etc)
*without having been used previously

4.- Returns must be accompanied by the return form, otherwise the return cannot be made.

5.- Exceptions that do not cover warranty:
- When the garment or product was not used in accordance with the instructions for use that accompanied it (label inside the garment).
- When the garment has been altered or repaired by unauthorized persons.

6 .- In case of buying any product or garment on sale no changes or refunds of any kind are made.

 Outside of the rules set forth in these policies, we reserve the right not to make changes or refunds.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE PROCESS
1.- It is important that the customer must ensure that the product complies with the exchange and return policies.

2.- For the registration of the exchange or return must be done with the return form filled out and inform the email contacto@dreambig.mx

3.- EXCHANGES OF COLOR OR SIZE PER PACKAGE
The process for changes in sizes or colors is as follows:
* Customer covers the cost of shipping to our offices and we send pay the cost of sending your product back to our customer.

* Do not forget to include the change form.


Note: When your package is shipped again, you will be provided with a tracking number.

 

4.- EXCHANGES FOR ANOTHER MODEL BY ORDER
The process of exchanges for other models or products is as follows:
*If your product will be exchanged for another with a higher price, you will make the deposit or bank transfer for the difference in price.

*If your product will be exchanged for another with a lower price, we will send you a discount code in dollars so you can use it for another purchase in our online store dreambigworld.com.
But, if your request is to return the difference in money, we will deposit the amount to your bank account.

* You pay the shipping to our offices and we send the change to your address at no cost.


IMPORTANT:
* Don't forget to include the exchange form.
* When your package is shipped again, you will be provided with a tracking number for UPS

* In case you do not have a bank account, please contact us at +52 (55) 5966-0486 or at contacto@dreambig.mx where we will give you a solution.

 

5.- RETURN BY PARCEL
The return applies only in case of any manufacturing defect in our products or garments.
* Let us know immediately of the defect when the order arrives at your address.
* Send us a photograph of the defect of the products or garments by email, whatsapp or inbox(Facebook or instagram).
* We understand and we don't want you to have a bad experience with our service and products. We will help you immediately.

- All returns are free of charge.

6.- When we receive your package we will check it and make the exchange. We will send you a confirmation by email, whatsapp, inbox or phone call.

7.- In case the exchange or return does not proceed, our online sales team will contact and give you more information.

 

REFUND POLICY

1.- Credit/Debit card.
* Your payment was made by credit or debit card, the refund is applied directly to the card with which you made the payment.
* Payments in Paypal with credit or debit card, your refund will be made between 24 to 48 hrs. (Paypal Policies)
